Key Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy development projects, from initial analysis to final recommendations.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop strategic plans, roadmaps, and business cases for clients across various industries.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops and present findings and recommendations persuasively.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders in the Berkshire area.

Requirements

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant business field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic consulting or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategy projects and delivering impactful business insights.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with business transformation and digital strategy is a plus.
