About the Role

Our client is actively recruiting a seasoned Senior Strategy Consultant to join their hybrid team in Wolverhampton . In this critical role, you will lead engagements focused on developing and implementing high-level business strategies for a wide array of clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through complex strategic decisions, leveraging deep market insights and analytical expertise to drive significant improvements in performance and competitive positioning. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of strategic planning projects for diverse client organizations.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, financial models, and strategic roadmaps.
• Advise C-suite executives on strategic direction, mergers and acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the consulting team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy consulting , corporate strategy, or a similar advisory role.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex strategic projects and delivering significant client value.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree strongly preferred.
