About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Consultant to join their team, operating in a fully remote capacity to serve clients primarily in the Bristol, South West England, UK region and nationally. This role is critical for developing and delivering strategic solutions that drive growth and competitive advantage for our clients. You will lead key projects, conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis, and provide expert advice to senior leadership teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable plans, thriving in an autonomous, remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of client strategy projects, including market entry, growth strategies, and business model innovation.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic recommendations.
• Develop compelling strategic frameworks, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive strategic alignment and decision-making.
• Prepare and present high-impact reports and presentations to C-suite executives and key client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the firm's strategic advisory capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on strategy formulation.
• Demonstrated success in leading strategic engagements and delivering measurable results for clients.
• Deep understanding of strategic frameworks, competitive analysis, and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, adept at virtual client interaction.
• Master's degree or MBA from a top-tier institution is highly desirable.
