This role is integral to guiding clients through their most critical strategic challenges, from market entry and growth strategies to organizational restructuring and competitive positioning. You will lead project teams, conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis, and develop actionable, data-driven strategies that deliver sustainable value. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives for clients across various sectors.
• Conduct rigorous market research, competitive intelligence gathering, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop compelling business cases, strategic roadmaps, and implementation plans for complex organizational changes.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level, building trust and ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their development in strategic thinking and consulting methodologies.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, high-impact strategy projects.
• Expertise in strategic frameworks, market analysis, and business model innovation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) from a reputable institution; consulting certifications are a plus.
