Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements focused on corporate strategy, market entry, growth initiatives, and business transformation.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic recommendations.
• Develop compelling strategic frameworks, business cases, and implementation roadmaps for clients.
• Facilitate workshops and client meetings to drive consensus and align stakeholders on strategic direction.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, ensuring the quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client counterparts at various organizational levels.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar corporate strategy role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client expectations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in strategic frameworks and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leaders.
