This role is central to advising clients on critical strategic decisions, market positioning, and growth initiatives. You will lead client-facing projects, conduct rigorous market and competitive analysis, and develop actionable strategies that drive sustainable business success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of client-specific strategic plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive intelligence, and trend analysis.
- Advise C-level executives on strategic options, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and service innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic consulting or corporate strategy role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management and communication abilities.
- Experience in leading project teams and delivering complex consulting engagements.
- Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
