Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning engagements, working with clients to define vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and industry trend assessments.
• Develop strategic frameworks, business models, and growth strategies tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to translate strategic plans into operational roadmaps and actionable initiatives.
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategy sessions, ensuring robust engagement and buy-in.
• Prepare and present high-impact strategy reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Strong proficiency in strategic analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces).
• Proven ability to develop and articulate complex strategic recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at virtual engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred.
