Senior Stroke Care Specialist Nurse

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Advanced Stroke Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the Stroke Service at Frimley Park Hospital, providing senior nursing expertise across the stroke pathway including hyperacute and acute care.

You will work with the Stroke Nurse Consultant and medical team to support delivery of guidelines, assess patients with suspected stroke or TIA, and ensure timely escalation and referrals within hyperacute pathways.
