- *Structural Design** : Undertake the design and review of structural elements on wastewater and water infrastructure treatment projects, such as water-retaining structures and other water related assets, from concept through construction.
- *Collaborate** : With Clients and AECOM counterparts to ensure stakeholders buy in to solutions, and also contribute to AECOMs wider technical capability and innovative approach.
- *Quality** : Produce and review deliverables, including calculations, drawings and technical reports to relevant standards and procedures.
- *Deliver** : Take responsibility for delivering to the agreed budget, programme and quality along with supporting the preparation of project budget & programme.
- *Explore** : Seek opportunities to innovate and trial new methods by being inquisitive and forward thinking.
- *Mentor** : Delegate tasks, direct and oversee the work of others and act as a technical mentor to more junior staff.

- *Qualifications**
- *Ready to push the limits of whats possible?** _Heres what were looking for:_ Civil or Structural Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. Possess a range of structural analysis and design experience, particularly in relation to reinforced concrete and steelwork structures. Experience working in a digital delivery environment using BIM and 3D design tools. Have a membership/working towards membership of a relevant professional institution (ICE or IStructE).
