Key Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design process for large-scale projects, from conceptualization to completion.
- Perform advanced structural analysis and design calculations for complex building systems and infrastructure.
- Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, and other consultants in a virtual setting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering.
- Expert proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysis).
- In-depth knowledge of Eurocodes and other international structural design standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead remote teams effectively.
