Senior Structural Technician: Lead Steel & Concrete

The perfect opportunity has arisen for a Structural Technician in Nottingham. My Client is an award winning, multi-disciplined Engineering Consultancy who have multiple offices throughout the UK. With a strong presence in the Midlands region they require a further Structural Technician to join their friendly and welcomingStructuresDepartment.AsStructuralTechnician you will be undertaking a range ofInteresting and challenging projects and will have the autonomy to lead your own projects.

This role is well suited to a StructuralTechnician of a traditional building structures ledbackground who is familiar in the production of drawings and details for projects across construction. If you are stronger in steel or concrete this is of no issue as strengths can be utilised within the team and projects distributed accordingly. Excellent opportunity to work on a range of schemes including both steel framed structures and concrete framed structures! It is essential that applicants have Revit experience in the workplace and the ability to deliver technical drawings and projectsunder minimal supervision.

About You

• Good all-round technical drawing expertise using Revit and AutoCAD for all building materials
• Exceptional knowledge of structural build details and construction interfaces
• Experience in the detailing of structures in steel, concrete, timber / masonry (all materials is not essential)
• Ability to positively contribute to the success of a Team
