Senior Supervising Social Worker — Fostering Lead

Fostering People seeks a Senior / Supervising Social Worker to join a trusted West Midlands team. The role covers Birmingham, Tamworth, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Shrewsbury, with 28 hours per week on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

You will recruit, train, assess and supervise Foster Parents to provide safe, stable placements for looked‑after children. Applicants must be a qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
