Senior Support Team Lead — Care & Mentorship

The ARC is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and manage a team of RSWs within a holistic, person-centred service for people with reablement needs. The role requires coordinating admissions and discharges, medication and audits, with staff development as part of daily duties. The successful candidate will join a supportive team at the ARC in Blackpool.

Hours are 30 per week on a permanent contract; DBS, references and Right to Work in the UK are required. Visa sponsorship is not available.
