Senior Support Worker - Complex Care & Autism Team

Active Care Group is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for their Russell Hill home. You will work 42 hours per week, including every other weekend, on day shifts supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities in a modern nine-bedroom facility.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, assess and deliver care plans, and help residents achieve personalized outcomes. NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable; the employer supports Disability Confident hiring and ongoing training.
