Senior Support Worker – Empower Lives in Gloucester

National Care Group Limited in Gloucester is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team in and around Gloucester. You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in residential, supported living and outreach settings, delivering person-centred care.

The role requires a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or working towards it), a full UK driving licence, and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
