Senior Support Worker: Lead Care & Team Growth

Priory's Newhouse in Kilmarnock, Scotland, is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team. This permanent, full-time position offers residential support for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism, across a 22-bed home in Newhouse, near Kilmarnock.

You will supervise daily care delivery, mentor junior staff, ensure person-centred plans are followed, support wellbeing and dignity, and assist with medication, finances and records in line with policy and safeguarding
