Senior Support Worker: Lead Shifts & Care

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the Adult Care Services team in Hertfordshire. You will work in peoples’ own homes, providing daily living support, personal care, medication assistance, and help to access health services and local activities.

You will lead shifts, supervise colleagues, and may take on additional responsibilities such as coordination of training or health and safety. A DBS check is required and some shifts may include sleep-ins.
