Job Description
Salary: £34,572.72 to £34,812.96 a year, pro rata
We require a Senior Support Worker within the Domiciliary Care aspect of our service to work with the team at Garthangharad, near Dolgellau.
The Senior Support Worker will assist the Team Manager and Deputy Team Manager in the management of the service.
The post holder will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of the Aims and Objectives of the organisation and assist the Team Manager to maintain a quality service.
The post holder is responsible for the implementation and evaluation of evidence-based care under the supervision of the Team Manager, Deputy Manager, and the Director of Care.
