Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for projects with a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental performance.
• Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, material selection, water conservation, and occupant comfort.
• Utilize BREEAM , LEED, or other relevant sustainability assessment methodologies.
• Collaborate with specialist consultants, engineers, and project teams to achieve sustainability targets.
• Present sustainable design concepts and strategies to clients and stakeholders, advocating for best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified Architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sustainable design .
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable building materials, technologies, and energy modelling techniques.
• Experience with sustainability rating systems such as BREEAM or LEED.
• Excellent design, visualization, and communication skills, suitable for remote collaboration.
