Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D models, drawings, and specifications using advanced CAD software , and conduct thorough engineering analyses (e.g., FEA, CFD).
- Oversee the integration of mechanical components with electrical, software, and other systems, working closely with cross-functional, remote teams.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies, materials, and design methodologies to enhance product performance and efficiency.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and documentation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in a remote setting.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Over 8 years of professional experience in mechanical systems design and engineering, with a strong focus on complex assemblies.
- Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE tools and simulation software.
- Proven experience in managing technical projects and leading engineering initiatives.
- Deep understanding of various manufacturing processes, material science, and thermal management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, essential for effective collaboration in a remote environment.
