Senior TA Partner – GTM & Commercial (Hybrid UK)

Rowden is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own GTM and commercial hiring across Sales, BD, Capture and related functions. This role is hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site at Bristol HQ, and requires experience hiring in defence/tech markets and international talent pools.

You’ll partner with business leaders, build proactive pipelines, and advise on market conditions and compensation to accelerate hiring in a fast-growing engineering company.
