Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Tech GTM

Build and execute comprehensive talent strategies for hiring leaders
Develop proactive pipeline strategies for GTM and technical GTM roles across EMEA
Identify and secure top-tier talent for Cloudflare across EMEA
Build and maintain relationships with the GEO VP and cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HRBPs, and compensation teams
Partner with internal automated AI agents and generative tools to eliminate manual tasks and optimize outreach workflows
Synthesize complex market data to inform regional talent strategies
Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source efficiency
Lead and execute strategic employer branding initiatives for the EMEA market
Adapt recruiting support as business needs evolve

Requirements

• Proven track record of success as a Senior Recruiter
• Deep experience hiring for technical GTM roles, including Customer Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineers, Customer Experience, Solutions Architects, and core sales GTM organisations
• Extensive industry contacts and network for proactive talent pipeline development
• Effective negotiation capabilities
• Ability to leverage automated workflows, AI-powered sourcing environments, and LLMs for complex boolean logic, market mapping, and productivity multiplication
• Strong organisational skills and ability to ensure clear communication and proactive candidate engagement throughout the interview lifecycle
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills
• Ability to communicate transparently, foster alignment across teams and stakeholders, and influence using data and market insights
• Ability to anticipate bottlenecks and resolve complex organisational issues
• Comfort thriving in changing environments and taking complete responsibility for outcomes
• Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license may be required
