Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for critical client hires, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a management or senior role.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale recruitment projects for multiple clients.
- Strong understanding of employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity hiring.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a hybrid work model, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
