Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to client needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent matters.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the talent acquisition team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, preferably in a senior or management capacity.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and candidate engagement techniques.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
