Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for a variety of client needs.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates for mid-to-senior level roles across multiple industries.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to clients on talent availability and compensation trends.
- Build and nurture a strong network of passive and active candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client and candidate experience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Consulting , with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Expertise in using various sourcing tools and techniques to identify niche talent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for talent attraction.
- Experience working in a hybrid or consultancy environment is advantageous.
