Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and objectives.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and build talent pipelines for future needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of the Bristol and South West UK talent markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
