Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Manage candidate relationships, providing a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements for talent acquisition strategies in Cardiff .
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills, with a keen eye for talent.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first setup, demonstrating excellent self-management and communication skills.
