Demand across Europe is outpacing what we can currently serve and we need a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to grow with us.

This is a strong fit for someone with 3 to 6 years of tech recruitment experience who wants to build something in a fast-moving consultancy.

What you'll do

• Manage a high-volume recruitment load, prioritising to meet deadlines
• Source across Data and AI (including GenAI and Agentic AI), DevOps and Cloud, and Software Engineering
• Find talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, GitHub, Stack Overflow and coding forums
• Run Boolean and X-ray searches, backed by AI tools to surface hidden talent and sharpen the pipeline
• Build and champion a referral scheme, and maintain a strong network of passive candidates
• Act as a talent advisor to the business, sharing market insight and improving how we recruit
• Work closely with other departments to stay ahead of their hiring needs

Who you are

• 3 to 6 years of hands-on tech recruitment experience, with strong contract or freelance recruitment background
• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced hiring, ideally on contract or freelance roles
• Results-driven, with a genuine drive to find and hire the best talent
• Good at building candidate relationships and keeping a proactive talent network
• Always looking for a better way to recruit and scale
