Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of various industries and candidate pools.
• Excellent proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
