About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their expanding recruitment function, operating remotely. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of challenging roles, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and implementing innovative sourcing strategies. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the talent market. You will contribute significantly to attracting and securing top-tier talent for our client's diverse business needs, working autonomously and efficiently from your chosen location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies, from job brief to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective sourcing plans.
• Utilise a range of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage high-calibre candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment progress, analyse data, and provide insights to hiring teams and senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
