About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and strategically minded Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Leeds . In this key role, you will be responsible for designing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for a range of challenging positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, build robust talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including direct sourcing, job boards, and professional networks, to identify top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from initial screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends and optimize sourcing efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment , preferably within an in-house or agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing diverse talent pools.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment technologies.
