Talent Partner - Fintech - GTM

Your Role
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across the UK, managing high-volume and business-critical hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using a mix of sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, referrals, job boards and market-specific channels.
- Run structured, efficient hiring processes that balance speed with quality, ensuring a consistently strong candidate experience.
- Screen and assess candidates against clear capability, behavioural and performance criteria aligned to frontline and commercial excellence.
- Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, offers and pre-hire checks to ensure timely and well-informed hiring decisions.
- Use data to track recruitment performance, including time-to-hire, funnel conversion and quality signals, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, challenge assumptions where needed and set clear expectations around profiles, process and timelines.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to standardise processes, share best practices and support peak hiring periods.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, helping position the organisation as an attractive employer for GTM and frontline talent.
You’ll Likely Have:
- Proven experience recruiting for GTM, frontline or operational roles in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining structure, prioritisation and attention to detail.
- Strong sourcing capability, with confidence engaging candidates directly in competitive markets.
- Pragmatic and delivery-focused — you enjoy filling roles, maintaining momentum and unblocking hiring challenges.
- Confident partnering with hiring managers, with the ability to challenge constructively and drive clarity around what "good" looks like.
- Data-aware and process-oriented, with an interest in improving hiring efficiency and quality over time.
- Strong communication skills and a candidate-centric mindset.
