Senior Teaching Assistant – SEND Enhanced Provision Lead

The New Guild Trust is seeking a temporary Senior Teaching Assistant to join Moorpark Junior School's SEND Enhanced provision until 31 August 2027. You will lead targeted interventions and work with pupils with additional needs to access learning and develop independence.

You will collaborate with the SENDCo and school staff to assess progress, develop inclusive practice, and share expert SEND strategies across the team. Start date ASAP; closing date 5 October 2026; interviews 16 October 2026.
