Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize art pipelines, tools, and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) and engine integrations.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to implement and debug cutting-edge features and technologies.
• Create and optimize 3D assets , shaders, and materials for real-time applications, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Provide technical support and training to the art team, fostering best practices in asset creation and engine integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to art assets, rendering, and engine performance.
• Research and implement new technologies and techniques to enhance artistic capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Artist within the games, animation, or VFX industry.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, MEL, or C#.
• Expertise with 3D modeling and texturing software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Suite).
• In-depth knowledge of game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity, including shader development and optimization.
• Understanding of rendering techniques, performance profiling, and memory management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
