Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient art pipelines and workflows, ensuring smooth integration of assets into the engine.
• Create custom tools, scripts, and plugins to automate processes and enhance artist productivity.
• Optimize 3D assets, shaders, and materials for performance across various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and designers to troubleshoot technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Create and manage high-quality shaders, materials, and visual effects.
• Provide technical support and training to the art team, fostering best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Artist in the games, animation, or VFX industry.
• Strong proficiency in 3D software (e.g., Maya , 3ds Max ) and game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine , Unity).
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, MEL, or C#.
• Solid understanding of shaders, materials, rendering techniques, and optimization strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
