Job Description
Monster Energy is more than an energy drink. It’s a lifestyle.
We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Liquid Technical Team and play a key role in bringing the next generation of Monster products to life across EMEA.
With 200–300 projects moving through the pipeline every year, this is a fast-paced role where your technical expertise, commercialisation experience and ability to solve complex challenges will make a real impact.
What will you be doing?
Lead and develop a team of 3–4 technical specialists, driving delivery and technical excellence. Own the liquid commercialisation process, from formulation through to successful manufacturing. Lead trials and commercialisation projects, including directly supporting Africa and the Middle East. Work closely with NPD, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and external partners to bring products to market. Use your formulation expertise to solve technical challenges, manage risk and keep projects moving. Drive continuous improvement, finding smarter ways of working and reducing complexity. Ensure all technical information, formulation data and documentation is accurate and production-ready.
What are we looking for?
We want someone who knows liquid formulation and commercialisation inside out.
You’ll ideally have:
8+ years’ experience across product development, delivery or technical commercialisation, including management experience. Strong formula commercialisation experience — ideally within beverages or FMCG. A solid understanding of formula development, manufacturing and quality processes. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. The confidence to make decisions, challenge the status quo and get things done. A relevant Scientific or Engineering degree would be desirable. Please note, this role has around 30% international travel.
