You will leverage your deep understanding of the technology landscape and your extensive network to identify and engage top-tier candidates. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent globally.
• Conduct in-depth technical screenings and competency-based interviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and company culture.
• Negotiate complex offers and manage the offer process to ensure successful placements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and the competitive talent market.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on technical recruitment strategies and market intelligence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a Recruitment Consultancy .
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for challenging and niche technology roles.
• Deep understanding of various technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts.
• Excellent candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment, demonstrating self-discipline and excellent time management.
• Experience with various ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
