About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic and performance using advanced analytical tools, identifying anomalies and potential disruptions.
• Analyze network data to diagnose faults, troubleshoot performance issues, and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for key network metrics.
• Contribute to capacity planning by analyzing usage trends and forecasting future network demands.
• Investigate security alerts and network vulnerabilities, collaborating with security teams to implement countermeasures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in telecoms network analysis or monitoring.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, NetFlow) and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).
