Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage complex telecoms network architectures, including routing, switching, and security protocols.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize speed, reliability, and capacity.
• Conduct regular system audits, troubleshoot network issues, and perform upgrades to ensure high availability .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network changes and new deployments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a telecoms network engineering role.
• Proven expertise in networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and TCP/IP.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper).
• Strong understanding of SDN , NFV, and cloud networking concepts.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to network management.
