Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex telecom networks , including routing, switching, and security protocols.
• Perform network capacity planning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting of network issues.
• Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect against threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and services into the existing network infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and standards to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecoms Network Engineer , with a strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Hands-on experience with network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or similar.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Experience with network security best practices and implementation.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS) are highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
