Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage complex enterprise-level telecom networks , including core, distribution, and access layers.
• Develop and implement network strategies, including capacity planning and technology roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues, providing expert-level support and documentation.
• Lead network infrastructure upgrade projects and the integration of new technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions meet business requirements.
• Mentor junior network engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a Telecoms Network Engineer , with a focus on complex network design and implementation.
• Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, SD-WAN, and network security principles.
• Proficiency in managing and configuring enterprise-grade network hardware and software.
• Demonstrated experience with network automation and scripting is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCNP Enterprise, or equivalent practical expertise.
