Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic long-term capacity plans for the telecoms network , forecasting future needs.
• Analyze network traffic data and performance metrics to identify growth areas and potential bottlenecks.
• Design network expansion and upgrade strategies, considering new technologies and services.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure plans are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on network planning initiatives for senior management.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and new technologies for potential integration into the network plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network planning or design within the telecoms sector.
• In-depth knowledge of network architecture, capacity planning principles, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with network simulation and modeling tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
