About the Role

You will analyse network performance data, predict demand, and develop detailed plans for network upgrades and new infrastructure deployments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term capacity plans and network evolution strategies for core and access networks.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user growth, and emerging service requirements to forecast network demand.
• Design network expansion projects, specifying required equipment, configurations, and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment on planning initiatives.
• Evaluate new technologies and their potential impact on network capacity and future architecture.
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate network plans and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in network planning and design within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of network technologies, including fibre optics, mobile networks (4G/5G), and fixed-line infrastructure.
• Proficiency in network planning tools and capacity management software.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical plans to non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
