Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues across diverse platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in telecoms network operations and support.
• Proficiency with network protocols such as TCP/IP, MPLS, and BGP.
• Experience with network security technologies, including VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic networks and associated transmission technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
