About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Telecoms Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their network deployment and upgrade programs in Norwich . This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of telecommunications projects, and the ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications projects , managing scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate activities between engineering, operations, procurement, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Significant experience in telecom project management , with a track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth understanding of telecommunications technologies and network deployment lifecycles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
