Senior Tender & Commercial Strategy Leader

Oceaneering is seeking a senior Tender Manager to shape bid strategy and drive governance across Subsea Robotics and Offshore Projects. You will mentor teams, lead pricing and risk reviews, and ensure commercially robust proposals in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Projects, Finance, Tax, Legal and Compliance to embed best practice and deliver high-quality tenders while managing risk across the opportunity lifecycle.
