Responsibilities

Managing planning applications from inception through to determination. Preparing planning statements and supporting documentation. Providing strategic planning advice to clients. Liaising with local planning authorities and other stakeholders. Undertaking planning research and policy assessments. Managing client relationships and project programmes. Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to their development. Assisting with business development and new instructions.Requirements

Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline. Relevant professional planning experience. Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and policy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. MRTPI qualification or working towards chartership would be advantageous.Interested?
