About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Transformation Consultant to join their practice, serving clients primarily in the Reading area and beyond. This role is focused on guiding organizations through significant periods of change, whether driven by digital innovation, market shifts, or operational restructuring. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, designing effective transformation strategies, and managing the complex execution required to achieve desired outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale business transformation programs for clients.
• Assess current state capabilities, identify strategic gaps, and develop future-state visions and roadmaps.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate change management processes, including stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and training development.
• Collaborate with clients' leadership teams to ensure alignment and buy-in throughout the transformation journey.
• Leverage expertise in digital technologies, process re-engineering, and organizational design to drive client success.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting with a specialization in transformation, change management, or digital strategy.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
