Senior Transformation Lead — Health & Life Sciences

WSP is seeking an Associate Director to lead complex, people-centred transformation for health, life sciences and the wider public sector. You will manage significant workstreams, advise senior clients and shape multidisciplinary teams in fast-moving, regulated environments.

You will contribute to bids, client development and thought leadership, growing our advisory offer while mentoring colleagues and expanding our major projects capability across Health and Life Sciences.
