Senior Transformation Leader — Large-Scale Change Portfolios

Cambridge University Hospitals is seeking an experienced transformation leader (Band 8c) to design, mobilise and deliver large-scale change portfolios within a highly digitised NHS setting. You will work across clinical, operational and digital teams to implement new care models and realise benefits.

The role offers a permanent contract, with flexible working patterns and 37.5 hours per week, and aims to improve patient care, access and efficiency across CUH and partner organisations.
